I had applied for temporary resident visa and have submitted my passport. The application was approved since a week but I haven't received my passport yet. The problem is I am flying tomorrow and need my passport very urgent.

If anyone could help me with the phone contact details or the best solution to this problem, would appreciate it. Thank you.

The best solution is to reschedule your flight. There's very little chance of you getting your passport in one day (unless it's already been dispatched and shows up today).

the problem is the Canada post return tracker is not been activated yet, that means its not been dispatched by CIC yet. Any idea if they do the dispatches on weekends or it is only on working business days?

No idea, but it's safer to assume only business days.
