As per IRCC, if you are a single applicant, they normally let it slide.

You only need police certs if you were living outside Canada. Vacation doesn't count.

Make sure your photos are stamped on the back with name & address of photographer or studio, date taken, and write your own name clearly.

Make sure your application form and your physical presence form are both signed and dated the SAME date, that matches the date of your presence period (e.g. if your 5-year period is June 12, 2014 to June 12, 2019, make sure you sign the date June 12, 2019).

Looks like you have everything in order. Your buffer time should be fine unless you are unsure of your travel dates.

Do i need to provide the police CC if my last residence prior to get PR canada was by country of origin ???? THis need a confirmation so your suggestion will really help please ??

Form CIT0022-2 -- Point 10 b : Note - If you were in your country or territory of origin immediately prior to becoming PR and landing in CANADA and this time falls in 4 years period - NO police clearance certificate required.
