Hello everyone , i just wanted to check if anyone is on the same boat as me ,
Aor - nov 2017
Rfpr- apr.2018
Pre arrival - apr.2018
After a year i just got my medical request
June 12,2019, everytime i ask cic , thay are just asking me to wait , nothing more specific , like security checks status, aside from my online account , how will i check if they are atleast done with my security/criminal check ? I wonder if after medical i’m gonna have to wait forever again ‍

I called cic number and the agent told me that on 6 june , your medical was extrnded for an year

I had ghost updates on 5th and 6th June called them on 10th June lady said Security passed medical hasnt been extended yet.

Almost same time line as yours. AINP single AR Jan 22, Medical due June 15. called cic today. they have not sent out the extension request yet. Agent said everything complete just wait for verification. and he told me they have to wait for my medical expire first and then send out request........such an efficient procedure.........

I’m a single inland applicant . I never went out of the country after i came here . Don’t why it’s taking so long . It’s gonna be exactly 18 months tomorrow . I called them two times already . Officer said everything is approved but no decision on medical though . I don’t have my file connected with gc key . I only have ecas which doesn’t have enough information .

I did. It's the same generic answer that it is in provess and I will either get a remed or extension. I am gonna call them again tomorrow.
