How long does it take for the visa to get approved in online application?

Hi everyone, my agent applied my file online and its been more than 25 days. It still says under process on every aspect of application. Including medical no update.
date received - may 16 2019.
biometrics enrolment - may 23 2019.
i am really worried. KINDLY REPLY please.

I have check it already it says 3 weeks and it has definitely exceeded that time period.
