Exactly, am also planning the same.. but will there be any questions raised due to this? Would they ask why are we leaving spouse behind?
They ll most probably ask you. And you ll have to give them a convincing answer. Not just that you were able to secure higher points by making them unaccompanying.

Some of the valid reasons can be, frailty and age of parents, spouse's job prospects here, estrangement, separate living, contractual obligations here or maybe even some civil litigation that needs to be taken care of. The excuses are endless. However, you may need to substantiate it with enough evidence.

It is possible that VO may request documentation in support of your reason. So, whatever reason you give, make sure that it doesn't sound stupid and would hold its own or at least seems genuine, even if you do not have corroborating evidence in its support.

Anything else, and you may be barred from reapplying for five years, as you would be held liable for misrepresentation.

P.S - This route is not advisable. The risk involved is higher. Trust any information given with respect to this at your own perils.

@13nitinsharma, is this prediction based on any data? I'm at 455 and loosing 5 points in 1st week of August. I can improve max 9 points by improving IELTS score. But confused about taking that step or to wait. Moreover, not sure if I can improve ielts score.
I am at 453 and thinking about giving IELTS again. Does anyone know what if I get lesser score in IELTS than before? Can I still submit my old scores?

As long as your current IELTS still valid (not expired) ,you can still you it if you get lesser score for your next IELTS.

Guys, I have checked on several websites that NOCs for IT professionals are in high demand for ONIP PNP. Is it true?
But in last ONIP near 31st May, I guess there was no noc of IT professionals

Speculating whether one will get ITA is not worth spending time on. We have made it till here, we could utilize time effectively by planning ahead or plan an alternative in worse case scenario. Also its always said, to think a step ahead. Migration is a wholesome decision where you need to factor in all elements.

I have said it before as well, people should not lose their hair over this ITA hurdle, but should also assess what lies ahead. Once you see the whole picture, ITA would seem a small hurdle and not something worth getting panicked about.
Sure, putting together the paperwork for a profile is not as much work as actually moving, but if you don't get an ITA you won't get to the point of migration. It's like telling someone who wants to play in the NBA "oh, playing professionally is sooo difficult I don't know why you're even worrying about not being able to dribble". Well if you can't dribble you can't play basketball anyway so...

So my first draw did not have anything fruitful for me. Fingers crossed for next one, hopefully, as some expert analysts here have predicted score between 460-462, I do really have a ray of hope!

Hey all,
I am new to this forum. I have some queries regarding express entry and pnp. My crs score is 450 if I consider my profile alone and with my husband it moves down to 439. Also, i will be losing 5 points for age in the beginning of July. My NOC code is 4011. What can be done??
Moreover, which pnp is open for this category?
Kindly provide your suggestions.

It is perfectly fine If you decide to go with the option of Going alone . Only thing is you will have to give a legitimate answer to the immigration authorities for not bringing along your spouse. A reason that is convincing enough for them to grant you PR. Please note that it will be concluded as misrepresentation of data if they come to know that you have opted for it in order to just increase your score .Moreover please note that you can always file Pr for your spouse once you yourself are properly settled in Canada. Regarding the PNP its upto the provinces to select your profile once you file an Expression of Interest.
