It’s normal and also transferring to Mississauga means faster process

It depends I don’t know about there but all I know Mississauga takes faster process than any other visa office

If I am not wrong the simple and straightforward cases are being processed in Mississauga and people get ppr in 2-3 months but in other vo takes longer than that ..

I’ve already completed medical and biometrics before the transfer to Mexico, any idea of what to expect next?

It was forwarded further because the officer in Mississauga handling your file could not come to a decision on your application and deemed that it needed further processing in your VO. Reasons could be anything from BGC to your eligibility where they may or may not ask more info from you or in severe cases, will ask for an interview. Mexico processing will be slower than Mississauga so be patient.

Mexico is slow and expect to wait the full year . They also do not contact you unless they absolutely need something. The best way to find out the answers is to order your notes.

I dont think an interview is for severe cases only.
