Biometrics can be updated on GCKey as passed the same day or a few days (rarely weeks). Medicals gets updated to passed (if all clear and no additional tests recommended to be done) in a few days to a week and can sometimes take a month or longer.Hello! Does anyone know how long it takes to know if you passed your medical/biometrics?
Thank you! It’s been done for couple weeks now. How can I link my application to gckey? Its tricky to link to GCKey and this link below is the best guide you’ll get. You can only do it if you don’t have a paid representative though.Thank you! It’s been done for couple weeks now. How can I link my application to gckey? I’ve tried multiple times but always fail

Main pointers would be to include sponsor as +1 in the ‘how many members included in the application’ question. So if its just you and your sponsor, it would be +2 and any additional dependent/s will be +1 each. Try keeping the first letter as capital for all of PA’s info.

That additional doc statement was updated the day they requested the docs so if you have sent it and they confirmed they have received it then nothing to worry about.tried it again and it worked thank you so much! It does say
"We need additional documents to process your application. We will send you a letter or email with details." a couple weeks ago they sent me an email requesting my husband's police records. When I called CIC they told me they found them and would sent them to the officer. Do you think this is why?
yes they send this after I sent them an email through the websitetried it again and it worked thank you so much! It does say

We had the same issue with biometrics and it eventually got changed to completed. I wouldnt worry about it.SA: May 17
Biometrics requested: May 16
Biometrics done:May 24
Papers for CSQ (Quebec) received (tracking number): May 23
Fees for CSQ debited on credit card: June 3
File transferred to local VO (Nairobi): June 11
I am sponsoring my Kenyan partner. We have still not received request for medical exam, but our file has been transferred to our local VO. Is this normal?
Also, we have not heard back from Quebec regarding the CSQ and undertaking agreement, but they charged us the processing fees and our file has been forwarded to our local VO. Should I assume that our file was accepted by Quebec?
One last question: I had paid the biometric fees up front when I first sent our application. On May 16, we got the email requesting for biometrics which we did on May 24. On GcKey, at the top right, our biometric info is updated, but under, in the biometrics section, it says they don't need our biometrics and they will notify us when that changes. I guess it is not an issue since they have requested the info and the info is in our file, but I am wondering if it is an issue.
I'm also applying through Quebec. They won't request the medical until they get the documents from Quebec. That's what I heard, at least. My application was charged June 4th and haven't heard from them yet, so when I do hear anything I'll let you know.SA: May 17

OK, good to know. I will let you know if I hear anything back. Apparently the CSQ is only sent in the mail, no email. Our address is in Kenya so let's see if we get it in a decent time... or if we receive it at all. Did your application get transferred to your local VO already?I'm also applying through Quebec. Yes! It did back in May, but I haven't heard from them since. I also received a letter from Quebec today, but just to inform me that they're processing the application. It was dayed the same day they charged my boyfriend's card.OK, good to know. I will let you know if I hear anything back. Apparently the CSQ is only sent in the mail, no email.
