AOR: 31/7/18Congratulations to all those getting the golden email. Just wondering how many of us are left now
I am still waiting..Congratulations to all those getting the golden email. Just wondering how many of us are left now
I'm in a process as well July 17.Congratulations to all those getting the golden email. Just wondering how many of us are left now
just to give you a heads up, I'm on RR for the same reason and I submitted mine 3 months ago, I ordered 3 notes already and no update since.Hi,
I had my AOR on July 20, 2018.
The current status shows that my file is still being reviewed for eligibility.
I ordered GCMS on Jan 22, 2019 and came to know that there was a Review Required (RR) on one of the work experience for which I had submitted a self-declaration job reference letter (with other supporting documents) as I could not get it timely at the time of applying for AOR.
The GCMS note showed that criminality decision was cleared, medical was passed, proof of funds was cleared and all work experience cleared except RR for the above one.
I have recently submitted the job reference letter for this company in the desired format two weeks back via the cse webform.
CIC aknowledged last week that they have received the document and forwarded it to the concerned person.
Now my question is that could I do anything to bump progress on my application again, if they had left it static given the RR.
Should I order GCMS notes again or reach out to a MP or do anything else. Please advise.
Regular CSE do not reveal anything new than the information in the online status information.
Thanks
That's fine. When Immigration is ready they will request for new medicals to be taken over. You don't have to withdraw!Guys my medicals expired on 9th june...can I still get pr? Like have there been ny such cases wherein ppl got their medical expired n then hv got either remeds or med extension n then ppr?? Shud i withdraw my app n resubmit?
You're not alone..I am here too ..AOR 24th July 2018I'm in a process as well July 17.
That seems to be 3 of us?
Ya all dat is fine..but does cic work dat way..I mean r there ppl like me who hv got ppr after med expiry? That's fine. When Immigration is ready they will request for new medicals to be taken over. You don't have to withdraw!
Of course. Don't even worry about it. What's more important is ordering your GCMS notes to check out what the hold up might be :OYa all dat is fine..but does cic work dat way..I mean r there ppl like me who hv got ppr after med expiry?
I believe that the job duties are more important than the actual title. Like you said, different companies can call the role different names but Immigration will most likely match up THEIR title that most closely matches your job duties. Hope that helps.Guys,
I was just looking at the CIC website to see what all TITLEs come under NOC 2173. One of my title (with a previous organization) doesn't match with that of mentioned there but job responsibilities do meet.
As organizations can have their own different Title/designations assigned for the same role. My question is will the Officer consider that and focus on job duties if title doesn't match?
Can anyone please help!!!
