Credential Evaluatoin options <Fed up of WES>

Hi All,

My Wife & I are planning to apply for the express entry program. While everything else is done, we're stuck with my wife's masters degree evaluation with WES.
Her case has gone on hold for document verification and the institution has not received any request from WES. We've contacted WES but all they are asking is to wait. This seems to have gone in a deadlock.

Can someone please help with alternate evaluation options and reviews? Which one should we consider going for? Is it possible that we get her bachelor's degree evaluated by WES and masters from somewhere else? Please advice.

There are 7 agencies authorised to grant ECA, including WES. You can choose any of them.

WES, BCIT-ICES, CES have similar processing times. (~7 calendar weeks)
