not a good idea to suddenly apply for an other reason. applying for all 3 members was not a good idea (as you havnt mentioned any family details,I am presuming your patents have two sons).

Reasons are-
1) Travel history
2) family ties in Canada and country of residence
3)personal assets and financial status
4) based on the purpose of visit
Till what time I should wait to reapply for an other reason.?
if you are staying for a long time and have not met your parents, you can apply after a month or two as right now they can't get visa before convocation. better apply for parents only

Yeah thanks alot. I m here from Dec 2017 and I never met between this period. I will apply for my parents only after month. May I know what type of reasons I should be expain to invite them.
they can just visit to see you and you can mention some strong reason that you are not able to go there soon and since 2017 you haven't met them..they can write this detail in their visa request letter and they should address their grounds of refusal one by one in that letter too.
