New version of Financial Evaluation form 06-2019 just came out.
but this version is glitched.
7. Total number of persons box, supposed to auto add all the numbers but it doesn't do it.
and can't be manually filled in.

anyone having same issue?

I just want to get some expert opinion. I am sponsoring mother and my dad passed away in 2017. I don't have English translation with me right now.
Do I need to submit death certificate for my father ?

Please advise

Your mother will be the principal applicant and according to my understanding, when you are saying your dad is dead and putting the date of dead, there is no requirements of death certificate

Yes. This new form is messed up. You can print and handwritten this

I do not understand about people creating online petition or filing a law suit against ircc to cancel the 2019 PGP program and redo it ???
I myself have been trying to sponsor my parents since 2014 but I never ever thought about cancelling those who got selected .. it's bit selfish I guess...
We all want to sponsor our parents ..I got selected this year and I was in INDIA when I filled EOI. I know how hard I worked to plan everything and sit at night to fill the form. My legs were shaking and I was just so nervous... I was very very happy to see I got selected after 5 years of struggle and rejections and it just hurts to see others are trying to get the whole process cancelled.. I get they are angry but cancelling 2019 PGP will make those angry who got selected .. there is always going to some anger ...

Anyways, I just want to say good luck to those who got selected and those who didn't make it probably should suggest ways to fix it for next year... Cancelling this year's draw is not going to get them anything... They will have to line up again among thousand others...

Anyone here knows if there is still any chance that 2019 PGP can be cancelled ? Because I read that IRCC may face another law suit ..

You should submit death certificate otherwise they will ask for it later on. If you see 2018 sheet it was asked from Many applicants.

Would assume there will be other lawsuits but nobody knows what will happen.

Someone mentioned that there is a 60 day window to file lawsuits regarding immigration and refugee matters.

Already long past 60 days from end Jan 2019 now.

Frankly I really DO NOT like the attitude of scores of applicants when they proclaim that PGP is some sort of right. It isnt. It is a privilege.

I hope they cancel the entire PGP including those who submitted applications this year and for previous years.

It would mean that my own parents will not get their PR but I think this would be good for Canada as a whole. We cannot be self centered and selfish. Country comes before personal interest.

After you send in your package, what info you use to access your e cas? Are you guys using the receipt number or something else?

I agree it is definitely a privilege that Canada doesn’t have to offer. Puzzled how there isn’t enough money to fund autism therapy for Canadian children with autism in Ontario but we are inviting more seniors. We’ll have to wait and see what happens. Sure there is stuff going on behind the scenes that we are not privy to.

The problem that’s happening is that people assume that the privilege of sponsoring parents /grandparents has turned into the “ right “ of sponsorship. No one has the right of sponsorship, and either this Government or after the election this fall , could possibly just restrict it. It’s like when kids push the envelope for things from their parents . Eventually the parents just restrict everything. And this is why we can’t have nice things
