A couple of months ago I applied for an extension of my visitor visa. I was requested to pass medical exams and I got them done a few weeks ago. The physician submitted the results to IRCC on his own.

Now I am applying for a spouse work permit. In the questionnaire, I was asked whether I have you had a medical exam performed by an IRCC authorized panel physician (doctor) within the last 12 months? I answered yes. In the checklist, I should upload the proof of upfront medical exam.

Should I use my last medical exam results?

Hello, can I please ask you a question?

My spouse took an upfront medical exam on Jun 18th, 2018 (last year). She then applied SOWP and it was approved and issued.
3 weeks ago (May, 18th) she applied for SOWP extension and it is in the process (probably it will take 3 months). When answering the question if she has done medical within 12 months, we said yes and uploaded the last report.
So my question is when the VO starts reviewing her application, the medical might expire, do we need to do it again?

Many thanks.
