Adding documents for submitted applications

I am in common law relationship and
I have not submitted the IMM 5409 form as I thought it was not essential since I applied and funded by myself. ( but me n my partner travel together to Canada and he has not applied the visa yet due to some other paperwork which need passport)
But has been 2 months I have not heard anything from the High Commission for my visa.
SO I wondering should I send that form and some more documents in order to prove my common law relationship as adding documents to support my application ??? Are they going to consider it if i send it now ( through the web form) ???

IMM 5409 has nothing to do with the financial aspects of your visit.

You must declare your relationship status/common-law relationship. Failure to declare could be considered as misrepresentation.

The delay in a visa decision could be due to any reason.You must inform your local visa office (IRCC web form + email) about your common-law status (IMM 5409 along with any other evidence)

If I submitted this form and other evidences now, are they (High Comission) gonna add up to my official application ? I mean is it still counted ?

And due to IMM 5409 form, we do not have any one as notary public etc to represent/sign, how can we deal with it ??

The visa office may/may not consider any additional documents. But, you can try especially if you would like to avoid any possibility of a misrepresentation ban.

Certainly your country of residence has a notary public or any other authority that administers oaths
