Anything that ties the applicant to their country of residence - a job or a house in their name or children/spouse they are leaving behind and will return to their tie after their visit to Canada.

Simply means what/who can't be forsaken no matter the circumstance. What are the things your parents depend on in India or what property do they own in India. Do you have siblings that depend on your parents, that even if they come to Canada they would definitely go back... Those are what they classify as ties

Yes we submitted all the documents which you mentioned above.
You need to be more detailed. The documents you submitted obviously weren't enough, so there's no point reapplying with the same set of documents.

What specifically did you submit for each category?

What did you provide, can you elaborate in specific? Experts here would only be able to help you if you provide some details.

What docs did you attach for;

1. Financial Support
2. Purpose of visit
3. Home ties
4. Family ties

Anything additional?

Here I am going to describe to you everything firstly I am an international student and a part-time employee. My convocation is going to held on June 14, 2019. I sent all the documents such as pay stubs, study permit, bank statements, invitation letter, statutory declaration, passport, lease agreement from my side. my parents did all the formalities like they attached all the documents. bank statements or funds, tax reports, CA firm, evaluation of a property, Affidavit.
Reasons are-
1) Travel history
2) family ties in Canada and country of residence
3)personal assets and financial status
4) based on the purpose of visit
Now, what should I do..?

The ability to qualify is really based on your parents savings, assets, ties to their home country like jobs/property/commitments in home country/dependent family in home country and also previous travel history. At this point it seems u likely that your parents will make it for your convocation but your brothers ties are likely weak compared to your parents.
