When I called them, the cic agent told me that your eligibility was passed this is only update I see ( which I already knew last week itself). She doesn't know other than this why did I get application/profile updated...... I do confirmed that my application is in nova Scotia office Anyone has idea why did I get application/profile updated

Can someone advice me CIC agent couldn't see security has not started please....I saw ghost update

I think it was may 18 2018 right?? As u got prearrival on may 19...or is it may 18 2019???

this question is for those who actually talked to an call center agent since this Monday : did the agent you talked to has a accent? if so , was it easy for you to understand?

I have called them twice since Monday and both times the agents both had strong accent , kind of difficult for me to understand . and before this Monday , all the agent I talked to was very nice and easy to understand , however , there two ladies made me feel that they are fed up with the calls and felt like they couldn't be bothered with my questions. maybe it was just me, anybody else had the same feeling ?

further more, the quality of both phone calls were very bad . it used to be loud and clear , but now it sounded like very distant with a bit of delay also echoed a bit . since we have been experiencing difficulties finding our applications , could it be that IRCC outsourced the call center to some other country and the reasons for not able to find the applications is the data is still being transmitted ? just a thought ...

Last week I called ircc, CIC agent told me that your eligibility was passed that was recently updated on May 18th..... I didn't check which year it is. Other than security has not started she stated. She also told me security will be done by 3rd party so we could not know current status....

This week I noticed was Application/profile updated when I called them today she couldn't see any update in my profile...

Please advice what could be then GU is for

I had a GU in April 2019, the agent couldn't see anything on my file. but 2 weeks later I got a GCMS note and on the date of that GU it says "other req : cancelled". I figure that was what the GU was about .

if it was something major like the security passed , the agent should be able to see it .

maybe that's what you got , just saying..
