called cic again in morning today,
found little rude because i called after one week again;
regarding any update for medical extention,
she checked and nothing yet,
still waiting for officer to respond for medical extention.

What’s your expired date for medical and when is your ghost update for extension ?
i dont see any update i applied through representative
may 2019 medical is expired.

Called CIC they said they they already sent the email on 30th April but I didn’t receive anything. She checked the email there was an extra email which don’t belongs to me. She put the request to resend the email nothing yet just waiting.

When I called them, the cic agent told me that your eligibility was passed this is only update I see ( which I already knew last week itself). She doesn't know other than this why did I get application/profile updated...... I do confirmed that my application is in nova Scotia office Anyone has idea why did I get application/profile updated

I called MP help me, and he send message back to me.
I spoke to IRCC regarding your application received Nov 6, 2017. It is at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney.
Standard processing time is 19 months. This means 80% of routine applications are completed within that time frame, while 20% take longer.
Eligibility and criminality passed.
May 14 got ghost updated and Security checks were initiated May 14, 2019 and security data upload on May 17th are in progress. They cannot be expedited and timelines are not available.
Medicals are valid until Apr 14, 2020.

Honestly , It depends from officer to officer .call again next week , Hopefully another officer can give you some info bout your recent ghost update .First time ,I called cic officer was really nice but second time officer was pretty rude , didn’t gave me any answer
I don't know why they make this mistake(two email address)...unbelievable
