I applied on 16th May, submitted biometrics on 18th. My application also still says background

I have one query regarding non-sds category, that my university fees around 24 lakhs and I want to pay only for the first semester so in non-sds category for visa process how much amount of funds required to show? With GIC Any idea.

VISA APPLIED:- 10 May


Biometrics given:- 13 May


Medical Passed:- 29 May(upfront)


Acknowledgement letter :- 1) 24 May

2) 7 june

No update since then

I have applied for study visa through non SDS category on 4th June but didn't get the biometrics instruction letter yet. Generally how long will it take to receive the message for the biometrics..
Its almost 10 days now.. Has this happened to anyone?
