Yes it saysELIGIBILITY =not started , SECURITY =not started. , and in final review R10 recommendation = review required, I wonder it’s been 194 days since AOR NOVEMBER 10, still my file has not gone through eligibility and security, any idea how long it may take , any ideas??

If R10 is under review required, they will only start eligibility once a visa office reviews the R10 check and passes it.. you will have to wait for a while.. they can process it within days, weeks or months, no one can predict how long it can be. You should review the documents you uploaded and also talk to your immigration laywer if you have one.

R10 is the first process, i wonder what they are doing sitting and reviewing it for so many days. You have to sit and wait for them to process it.
Yea that’s all we can do , wait , I am happy even if I get rejected , so that I can apply again with caution , this time I am prepared with full documents
Is it possible to upload or send new documents which were not available earlier or new bank details
Yes you can raise a CSE and upload your documents with explanation and they might consider your request. Just give it a try and i dont know why there is funds not met when you are CEC.. also remember to upload all NOA for taxes and current job letter with LOE mentioning you are CEC with ongoing job to support your POF.
