Hey guys I really need some help,I applied for my Cec in April 2018,but I did the medical tests for pr in November 2017,I just received copr,are my medical tests out of date and do I have to restart a new pr applications again??or do I just get new medical tests

No, if IRCC wanted you to do another exam, they would have asked for it before issuing the COPR. Congratulations! Just be sure to complete your landing on time.

Sorry I didn’t get my Copr yet, I got too excited and read the email wrong,I’ve been requested to sent two photos and a declaration that nothing has changed since my application started to my local visa office which is London and have thirty days to do so.any ideas what happens next,I appreciate the help by the way!!

Yeah, next is the COPR. They still could ask for a new medical, but unlikely if you've been living in the UK.
