Hi everyone, question for the experts.

My application was under review because they were not able to find the website for the company I have worked for, so my score has fallen below the round. I sent some documents to prove the company exists.
Now I received another GCMS notes and the part saying they were not able to find the company website was deleted. However, it`s still showing score has fallen below the round, but I don`t know the reason.
Besides that, there are note saying the LOE is consistent and the job description it`s matching with the NOC category.
Can anyone help me with this please!
Thank you,

Hello experts,

My AOR is October 4th in April found out through GCMC notes that my application has RR for my Canadian experience. They cut down my 40 points. I am confused to order GCMC notes again. Anybody suggest I have apply notes again or wait for 1 more month. As we hear that ordering GCMC notes delays the application. Please help

That's not true, as long as you order online notes. If you were able to understand the specific comment from the case agent as to why he marked 'RR' and cut down points, then try to upload a different format or try to add more documents which can serve as proof of your employment tenure.

GCMS Notes does not delay the processing.
GCMS notes are requested under the Access to Information and privacy act.
It is your legal right to demand notes and in no way, it will delay the process. In some cases, it is noticed that the file which was left touched from long, moved after the notes were ordered. Although this is not factually true people have observed this.

Ideally, what your agent says is right. When IRCC officer requires more information, he will request for the same. However, in most of the cases additional information, LoE had majorly helped the file to get cleared or at least to notify the officer some new docs got added. Jst try your luck, doesn’t harm !

Hello everyone, Question for the experts; details are mentioned below
AOR 12th Nov, 2019, applied for PR from Pakistan as a family unit of 3 people, me being the primary applicant, my spouse (who is working in Saudi Arabia) and my 2 year old daughter.
We ordered the GCMS notes on 12th March and received them after almost 2 months of waiting in which we emailed them thrice asking for update and our notes.
I need some help understanding the GCMS notes; as we have been parked for Review Required: Interview Recommended since 2nd February. Till now I have not received any ADR nor have i received any interview calls which is baffling that nothing is being done on my file. The last couple of pages on my GCMS notes from the case officer have the following information:
1. s.16(1)(c) is mentioned on the upper right hand corner on the 1st note page.
2. Case Analyst: ***Review Required***Lock in Date 2018-11-12; having analyzed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file, I make the following Recommendation.
Recommendation: Review Required MI3 (2 BLANK LINES) Funds. A 11.2: Appears Met R75: FSW Minimum Requirements - Appears Met R76: Selection Criteria - FSW Points/Funds: Appears Met FSW points total 76 ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete.

Please help me understand what kind of review is required as per the GCMS notes my Medical and Criminality has been passed; Eligibility is under review and security has not been initiated. What kind of issue are they looking at with my profile; what steps can I take to expedite it perhaps? And what information is hidden in the 2 gcms lines?

Any one else going through the same??

Hello,

I received the 2nd set of GCMS on 11th July and there has been no activity on my account since March where the last comment by the analyst was a review on my R75 minimum requirement. The GCMS received is exactly the same as the one I applied for in April which means IRCC is just sitting on the application since March. I have enquired from my employers and they haven't received any correspondence from IRCC

My AOR is 7th Feb. The organisation for which the query/concern has been raised is not ready to issue me a letter as per what IRCC needs and I have submitted a self attested duty letter. I'd just like to know if I should be worried at this time or shall I wait before I take legal advice. I have typed the comments section from my GCMS for your quick reference. Thanks.

Below is the comment that was last updated in March and it has been the same since then

Good morning. Ive been stuck at RR since Decembee 2018. due to proof of my brother's proof residency. AOR Sept 9 2018. my GCMS Notes have not really shown any movement, ive ordered 3 sets since January.
just would like to clarify if my Score will be affected by:
1) recent birthday
2) my IELTS exams will be expiring soon (2 yrs vlidity?)
3) Medicals will also expire 2nd of July

will my standing be affected or is my profile frozen with the details until decision is made?
Would it help to proactively do something like repeat medicals or should I wait for request?

Thanks

418 days in. No actual updates on the file since May/2017. In January I tried multiple channels of communication to see if I could get some kind of response (email, phone, local MP). I was told that the file is "on queue to be reviewed by an officer". A couple of months later I called again, and the agent seemed to be upset that I was contacting them so frequently and told me "that there's nothing for me to do but wait." In the meantime, I finished college, and since there's no PR in sight, I had to apply for PGWP for myself and OWP extension for my wife. Another 500+ dollars down the drain. So now I have two files to be processed, IRCC doesn't give two sh*ts about us, and I'm on the verge of a breakdown. Just wanted to share my experience so far with this whole process.

Hi All,

I would like to leave a long post for future applicants that might be in same situation as me.

AOR - 10th Nov., 2018

Nationality - New Zealand citizen residing in Australia

I processed my application through a lawyer in Canada so most of the blunders below are not my fault even though I have to take ownership of these as I was supposed to double check everything and not just leave it all to him.

1) On 10th Nov. (a day after submitting my application) I found out (through Canadavisa.com) that I had submitted incorrect PCC for Australia.

I had uploaded Australian Federal Police Clearance obtained using the ‘purpose of reason’ as “33 – Immigration/Citizenship – for supply to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection” but after going through Canadavisaforum.com I realised the correct ‘purpose of reason’ required by IRCC is “35 – Overseas Employment/visas – for supply to a country other than Australia”. Straight away I requested new PCC, requested Australian Federal Police Dept. to expedite my request. Got it in 3 days and raised a CSE to upload the correct PCCs on 15th Nov. 2018. I was scared for next 30 days as R10 check happens in about 30-35 days post AOR and most people get rejections for incorrect documents (mostly incorrect PCCs) at this stage.

2) Cleared MEP on 11th Dec. 2018 and at the same time received an ADR to submit Mexican Police Clearance. I have to mention here I was asked for Mexican Police Clearance during my initial upload of documents as well but Mexico only issues PCCs if you have a request letter from IRCC. So in the place holder for Mexican Police Clearance I had uploaded a document stating I am unable to obtain PCC without IRCC request letter. So they sent that letter on 11th Dec., 2018. For Mexico police clearance there is 2 ways of obtaining it – through IRCC consulate in Mexico (takes about 60 days for entire process) or find a local lawyer that will obtain on your behalf. I submitted through both ways – Sent completed application to IRCC Mexico for PCC and also applied through lawyer. It took me a month to find a lawyer that understood English. Anyways lawyer took 11 days and I submitted the PCC at the end of Jan, 2019.

3) Ordered Notes on 2nd Feb. 2019. On 6th Feb. 2019, called IRCC to confirm if my Mexico PCC has been attached. The agent was super nice and told me my eligibility is ‘NOT MET’ due to NOC mismatch. It was a shock to me. Anyways I went back to my application, checked all the forms I had submitted and found out 2 major mistakes. 1st in my address history I had put in incorrect year of stay in Mexico. I was only in Mexico for 4 days but by mistake chose wrong year so my stay became 1 year and 4 days hence the stupid request for Mexican PCC. 2nd big blunder was choosing NOC code 2281 as opposed to 2282(which is my correct NOC). So I wrote a very detailed CSE requesting a NOC rectification and also address rectification. Even though it was my lawyer that did all the mistakes, I had to take ownership and fix those.

A week after I found out about these blunders, I fired my lawyer.

Feb. end I received my first set of GCMS notes and as per last notes by Case Processing Agent - ----------------------- Ml3

SUMMARY NOTES: CLIENT DID NOT MEET MEC AS THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH EVIDENCE OF ATLEAST 1 YEAR WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE REQUIRED PRIMARY NOC. PRIMARY NOC ON APPLICATION IS 2281 - COMPUTER NETWORK TECHNICIANS AND ALL OF PA'S WORK EXPERIENCE IS IN NOC 2282- USER SUPPORT TECHNICIANS.

A11.2: NOT MET

It was just a waiting game after this until end of March, 2019 when my file moved to local VO in a mass file movement that happened.
I ordered notes End of March’19 – Still have not received them.
Re-ordered notes mid-May’19 – still have not received them.

Lessons Learnt:

Never use a lawyer but If you do never ever rely on them solely.

Check your application at least 10 times and always get a second set of eyes to proof read everything.

Very important – Start calling up IRCC around 3rd month mark. Order GCMS notes by end of 3rd month. PLEASE DO NOT , I repeat, DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE that tells you not to order notes as it has negative impact on your application. It is all bull****. Just imagine IRCC rejects your file for ordering notes, you take IRCC to court- How stupid would IRCC look in court…Just think logically and don’t listen to idiotic advice.

When I got Eligibility not met everyone started discouraging me, saying it is sure shot refusal. I didn’t give up because I knew even though I did commit silly mistakes, I had sent through CSEs requesting rectifications. So any agent/lawyer/person tells you not to raise CSE until IRCC asks for it, kick him/her out of the door before it is too late. Send CSEs regularly….

We created a Whatsapp group for ENM (as we called it) and supported each other positively so do talk to each other, lift each other’s spirits high. As I always said and will keep saying it “You will get there in the end, some sooner others bit later”.

All the best everyone. See you all on the other side……

I am more than happy to help anyone in similar situation to mine but please do not ask me to match up your NOCs…lol….
