Yup! I got an email saying that there was a new message there. I looked and it was the Pre-arrival services
You need to understand that migrating to Canada is a privilege not a right. This current ‘horrible uncontrolled and super slow immigration system’ you are talking about was way slower (26 months) not more than a few years before. Yes you feel painful and helpless but most times its not their fault, its how complex your case is for them to process right from your relationship to your BGC which is influenced by a ton of factors. Canada has one of the most lenient systems in place compared to a lot of other countries. I wish you a speedy processing but don’t blame the system. It still processes a lot of other applications faster.God bless them!!!

where did you receive the pre-arrival services email, ecas or what? i am june 25 mexico visa office but i dont know where can i see if i recieved the pre-arrival services
hi same thing happened to me so annoying. same thing written in my time line. It is taking longer time its written there
I got DECISION MADE on ecas. How long do i have to wait the PPR?
No set time period. They say they will complete 80% of applications within 12 months. So 20% still go out of the processing time. How long it takes depends on your case.

- We started processing your application on November 14, 2018.

Same here. I got the decision made. So when we are expecting PPR?Just checked my eCAS and now the status is decision made!!!
