Yeah unfortunately, if it was sent for a local office it means there is going to be delays, and IRCC might ask for additional proofs for relationship and a possible relationship interview

I called today and agent told me its in etobicoke now
Im so said as its going to be 12 months next week

It was transferred to Vancouver from Mississuaga and now it came to etobicoke from Vancouver

Just wanted to post an update. Oct 5 applicant, got landing letter yesterday. My interview will be in Etobicoke on June 15. Didn't expect it to be so fast, I heard this office is quite busy!

I am November 7 application. I have a question about landing interview. I got Landing interview date on June 6 2019 at 1 pm in Edmonton. What time I have to be there? My representative told me that do not more then 15 min early at office...I don't know why? Can some one please explain. I was planing to go 1 hour early.

I guess it's because if you come 1 hour earlier they may not let you in and you'll have to wait outside anyway.

10-15 min early is the way Canadians like it
Earlier or late is not preferable
