My consultant has given his own address for passport delivery after approval of my visitor visa application . how can it will be changed to my own address so that passport is delivered to my address

You can't change it . Mostly the agent takes care of all this process so that at the end they get their full payment.

If you go via agent they will not give you any details or login of your account.
If he has already filed for your visa you can't do anything and wait till agent give you update for biometrics and so on.
