hello frnds i submit my file on 22th may at vfs delhi offline under non sds can anyone tell me how many days i will wait for acknowledgement letter

You have to write appeal letter, stating that you don't agree with the decision made and explain all the refusal reasons mentioned in detail. My consultant did the same even though I was asking to re apply but she said we will re appeal and get the visa.

And then appeal online? can you tell how to appeal or give any links i could not find on Ircc

thanks for the reply mate ur the best . my only concern is that on their own web page they have mentioned the processing tine for SDS online (for Indians) to be around 21 days ... .. but here i am still waiting ... anyways will wait until next week ...

if the first row says we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement,then as i understand reviewing has started provided medical passed and biomeric letter generated on ircc site.god will certainly help brother

I'd like to know what is medical upfront? I had given my medical exam on 23rd, and finished my biometrics on 27th, I still haven't received any acknowledgement letter.
