Hi Everyone
I'm just joining the group today.
I crate EE pool on May 2019 with 395 Point Under Canadian Experience.NOC#7312
EOI on May 15th,2019.
Application form Received May 16th
Document sent on May 22nd
File Delivery to the Mail Room on May 27th.
Waiting for File Number........
I'm so curious how long is going to take bcuz my PGWP Expire in 2 months and my employer isnt in Support of LMIA.

I also received noi for May 15 noc 2281 sent documents on 23 May delivered by dhl 28 May hoping I get a file number soon can we create a group chat

Could you please share the "Alberta Express Entry Stream document checklist" that you received with the NOI? My lawyer said that I have a good chance to be selected by AINP and I want to start preparing the documents for the AINP application beforehand.

That's absolutely not correct @Pacey
While I respect your input and opinion, IRCC system makes no distinguish and no preference between those who selected "ALL provinces" and those who ticked all of the provinces one-by-one. It's equal and makes no difference in selecting candidates. Because one may actually have interests in ALL provinces as long as he's entering Canada, while others have specefic provinces of interests, which then they limit their chances of being selected by others. Of course if you have strong ties to Province A (ie. your education is there, job placement), then your chances are higher (anyways and obviously!) and Province B may not consider you, but that's ONLY if you have strong ties to a specefic province. However, in normal cases, ticking "ALL" is the safest option.

In summary, your chances of getting nominated by Province A is EQUAL with your chance to be nominated by Province B given that you fulfill both of their minimum selection requirements. There are no Pros or Cons that are relevant to the PNP application.

I respect your opinion, but I disagree with your view that selecting All provinces is the safest option. Although CIC makes no difference, PNP is selected by each province. I believe when a NOI sent, it was carefully reviewed by the immigration officers of each province. Between 2 candidates who have the same profile, background, same NOC...I would choose a candidate who chooses fewer provinces as I believe this candidate has studied these particular provinces more than the other candidate who chose ALL provinces. As such, if I just have 1 ticket to send, I would send to the person has more interests and commitment to settle down in my province. Having said that, I wouldn't like to extend this argument as I think this is personal opinion, no point to debate here.
