imm5257e Upload error

Hello everybody, this situation is driving me crazy!!! I'm filling up an application for a 2 persons which are married, I was able to upload one of the imm5257, but now I'm not able to upload the other one. I've tried different web browsers, tried on 2 different computers, I used Adobe Reader, tried with another PDF reader, and nothing!!!

I keep getting this error:
Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted

I'm pretty sure that I am using the latest version of the form. I also tried an older version. All the information on the form is correct!!! Please help me. I don't know what else to do!

Hello, I am also getting same error.
I tried everything (different browser, computer, OS etc). I tried filling forms many times. I searched all over internet and this forum too. I did not see any concrete answer. Did anyone resolve this?

Yeah, worked for me too. I started whole application from the beginning. All the best for remaining steps.
