Hi, I was told to send my passport on the 10th of May 2019 which I did. And my school resumed on the 21th of May and I haven’t gotten my passport back from the vfs Nigeria and this is the forth week and I haven’t heard anything from them yet. Please what’s happening and I aslo tracked it but it’s saying no record found. I also went to the vfs Nigerian office last Friday and I was told they haven’t gotten the passport yet.Please what does that mean and what should I do please

I think it was sent to Kenya because I heard Ghana is filled up. So they haven’t gotten it back from the Canadian embassy in Kenya

Then you need to contact IRCC through webform and send email to the visa office, VFS are just a middleman for receiving things they dont have any influence on the actual decisions.

Also if you havent linked your application online then do that.

sorry please how do I link my application online please and have sent serval mails to them but no response from them.

Hi, After I link my application online like you instructed, I realized that it was still the same thing I told you that was right there. No update yet. Just the last date I submitted on the 10th and it said read on the 18th. So I guess they got it on d 18. Really don’t know why it’s taking this long
