I have been scammed by a company named ELTON ROS CONSTRUCTION recently. Any idea? What should I do? They have my scan copy of PAN card and PASSPORT details. Is there any chance that they can impersonate me? They have also scammed me with a huge amount of money. Would taking help of Cybercrime branch of police force help?. My friends have helped me enough already in this police and special force matter. Would that help anyway? Would the scammers get caught and I would get my money refund?

"Elton Ros Construction" didn't scam you - scammers pretending to be this company scammed you.
1. They can certainly attempt to impersonate you.
2. Report them to police, certainly. The police can tell you if there is a chance the scammers get caught.
3. Sadly, you're not likely to get any money back.
There is no employer in Canada that will recruit foreigners and make them pay large amounts of money for consular fees.

Ok. Thank you. I will definitely take into action. Would complaining canadaian embassy would help or police would do that if they think?. Lets see what police do.
There is absolutely nothing the Canadian embassy will do. The scammers are probably not even in Canada.
The name of the HR is Bryan Thomas. He is located in lethbridge Canada. So, obviously some canadians are involved in it. Some people scammed by this man too.
This is most likely a fake name and address. Scammer is almost certainly outside of Canada.
But his sim card from where he is calling is located there and with a canadian GSM company sim card starting by +1. Do you want to say he made it internatinally accessible and made outside of canada?

These people are not in Canada. They gave you fake names and fake addresses. Unfortunately you fell for it. Remember if something seems to good to be try (like free airfare, feeding etc), it is.
That is good for me and police too if they are in India. It would be easy to catch them and recover my money
Unfortunately they are not easy to catch. They may be in India, Russia, Africa. Unfortunately there is less than a 1% chance they are going to get caught and less than that for getting your money back. I know you are frustrated, but just look at it as a bad experience, which hopefully makes you wiser. Move on and don't waste your energy.
