Hello

I have applied for a visitor visa for my wife and my father in law /mother in law for a visit for 3 weeks to Canada from India,

I have provided proof that all 3 are having assets and have strong ties in India such as gold, property on their names and bank statements showing funds

My wife visa was refused based on the below 2 reasons

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

.I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

My father in law visa was refused based on the below reason

Are you in India or in Canada?

If you're in Canada, that's the reason why your wife was denied.

Give us more information about your profile - what ties to India did you show, what was the purpose of the visit?

You need to sponsor your wife if you are a PR/citizen, or apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit + TRV if you are here on an LMIA + work permit.

You just got married, the chances of her getting a TRV are very low. Her ties to India are very weak, and her purpose of travel is very weak as well.

i am on PR and already applied for spousal PR and she already received his file number. The purpose is to visit me with her family and stay over here for couple of months and return back to Canada once her PR is approved.

Does booking a round trip flight ticket for all three of them Will help ? or could you please suggest what i need to do to answer the points raised by Visa officer ,

You help in this matter is much appreciated

No, it won't help.

You just need to wait. Since you have already applied for a spousal sponsorship, the odds of getting a TRV are very low since IRCC will assume that she will simply stay in Canada till her PR is approved. Since she's already been refused once, the chances of getting an approval drop even further.

Just be patient and bring her over when she gets her PR.
