NOC 7315 Aircraft Mechanic and Inspector

Hi, I have worked at aerospace company in ontario as quality assurance technician. I am interested in OINP-skilled trade stream. Actually, my NOC may be 2233. By the way, can I get 7315 code because I work at aircraft company and graduated Aerospace university in back my country and studied Avionics? My experience in my country is not related with aircraft. Company will put my position into quality technician in LOE.
