Your new organization needs to obtain an approved LMIA. You must then apply for a new closed work permit. Once the new closed work permit is approved - you can then start working for your new employer.

Thanks Scylla. while they are applying for new LMIA , do i need to move out of country? do i need to resign from my current company? if they are applying new closed work permit what happens to my current WP?

Sorry for multiple questions.

You can continue working on your current work permit with your current employer.
