Can anyone please guide -
If it is possible to find some job/work-permit for a female sales executive anywhere in Canada? Location is not concern. Even remote areas will do as long as job/work permit is legit.
The concern is that she is not good in English and can not achieve more than CLB 6 in her IELTS.
She is around 35 years old, having bachelor degree and with 7+ years experience in Sales, Marketing & Insurance sector.

She is single mother and wants to migrate to Canada for betterment of her 2 pre-teen daughters.

Thank you.

If her English is not good, then she might find it tough to find a job especially in Sales and marketing where language is key. I would recommend to improve on her english and retaking IELTS to get a better score.

To be brutally honest, that profile is going to be difficult to place.
The poor language skills are just one of the factors that make it unlikely that a potential employer would go through the LMIA process.
Also note that a work permit is temporary. Immigration would still require the minimum levels of language to qualify.

Very true. Just curious, is there any job option for her, perhaps not in Sales/Marketing, where we can concentrate our efforts.
Any blue collar job or anything that can give her some hope of securing even min wager job?
Or perhpas any portal / weblink where she can find potential employers for such jobs?

Perhaps not for good paying job. She is fine with blue collar, min wager job as well.
Is there any hope for her even in the less populated areas?

She would still need to communicate with others to be able to perform the jobs, regardless.m whether that being in a major city, or in rural areas. Example, and not putting any jobs down, if she got a job at Tim Hortons, minimum wage, that would still require the person to speak English

If she is looking to get a job before becoming a PR (i.e. as a temporary foreign workers) - that's not going to happen.

She will need to focus on applying for PR first. She should focus on improving her English language capabilities since it's quite possible she will need a higher IELTS score to be selected for PR.

A minimum wage job won't get her permanent residency and she most likely won't be able to bring her daughters with her when she comes to Canada as a TFW.
