Yeah do not worry much as long as they have sent you a proper reply stating they have attached your document to your application....
Since July last year they have changed systems so unless the officer is efficient enough to go onto your web portal and update the ADR field, you will keep seeing it as 'documents uploaded'.

ONly if you send proactively through CSE...if it is ADR then I am not sure....I think you just see it updated in your online profile....

Ok, i upload the additional documents yesterday and got a update on my account today.
I guess they did received my documents! Hopefully they will review as soon as possible! Fingers cross over here!!

24 May 2019 - ADR - Review of additional documents change to: "We need additional documents to continue processing your application, we will send you a message with more details")

30 May 2019 - ADR Submitted - uploaded all the documents using CIC account

31 May 2019 - Update on my account - Review of additional documents change to: "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided"

The uploading document field is not even showing up in my account after I got an ADR. Not sure what to do

It's not. The ADR status is "not applicable" but there is an ADR request in my file.

What are they asking for?
Did you call CIC? You can do a technical issue report on your account,
You can also prepare an explanation letter and submit the docs using the Webform.

Hi All,

I received COPR today and my ADR still says "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded"....It never changed to 'being reviewed' or 'Not applicable' even after the application was approved....
So please do not worry if you have uploaded documents and online it shows "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded" even after months as you might receive PR with the same status..

I receive ADR on 10th June. Uploaded the docs in gc key on 26th June. Review of Additional Documents section still shows ‘We need additional documents to continue processing your application’. No changes yet. Though i can see the filenames of the docs i uploaded under Documents submitted by the client.

I just sent a CSE earlier to seek confirmation if they’ve receive the docs.

I’m just wondering if anyone here, experienced similar situation.

After you uploaded the document did you click on next to go to the page that requires you to enter your full name and sign??

Hi @Kusi77, yeah i did. After entering my name, there’s a transmit button, which i also clicked.

Status just changed yesterday to ‘The additional document you provided have been uploaded.’ So i assume they’ve received it.

Any idea what the next status will be?
