Hi I am a silent reader. This forum was of immense help. Thank you for all the help and knowledge sharing. Just wanted to share what i am going through like you all and do not want to be silent anymore:).

ITA - 28th October 2018
AOR - 29th November 2018
MEP - 5th January 2019
No update on my profile after that.
Raise CSE to find out my VO - Ottawa
Called IRCC call center on 12th May 2019 - No much information received apart from what i can see on my profile.
Called again after 180 Days on 29th May 2019, eligibility still in process and BG Checks not yet started

Canadian PR dream
It all started when I dreamt of settling abroad
After lot of convincing, my husband was on board.

Next step was shelling out money for a consultant
Once heavy fee was paid they were reluctant

Struggle just started with IELTS preparation
Alongside working full time which lead to mental exertion

Gathering documents was a tedious task,
Meanwhile, waiting for the IELTS results to unmask.

Milestone alert
Achieved the required IELTS band score,
which shot up my EE CRS score.

Consultant created an EE profile.
Advised to get medical test done meanwhile.

Milestone alert
Oh the pain was till we heard the sweetest news
Until we received the ITA, it was always Monday blues.

Too happy to receive an AOR
Waiting for an eternity to receive a PPR

Meantime my husband left to Canada on student visa
I struggle alone and his struggle in Canada was vice versa.

Just keeping hopes high to receive a communication
Turns out that they never bothered about my file at Canada immigration.

Finally reached the average processing time
Realized that at this juncture i am having a very bad time.

Only hope is wake up to the Golden email
Just prayers will work, God shall prevail.
The only way they make our frustration go away is issuing us PPR

Stay strong

Recommended pass/Met mean the same thing.

I believe there are many folks with recommended pass waiting for a decision.

Been hearing from few folks who called IRCC and were told case officers are on summer vacation and hence the delay :D:D
Whoa! Dts the same?! That’s good to know

Lol Please let us also enjoy summer there! I dread going in winters!

Hey Sith, was there an ppr batch this week from Ottawa? I feel like nothing is happening :(
Don't think so. The last batch I remember from Ottawa was on May 14th. This place was flooded!!!

PPR this week were all sent individually.

Looking at how things are moving, I feel next batch could be around June second week. Obviously they will have to release one for December folks to maintain the "6-month trend"

Sadly, there is nothing really we can do and just wait for these officers to come back from their summer vacation.

AOR Received.

Med's Done....

Hi guys,
Need your help/guidance in my case.
my details :
AOR :26-Nov-18
MEP Done: 04-Jan-19
Eligibilyy : under

After that, there was no update on my case. I called IRCC last month and was told everything ok with my file.
but after crossing 180 days when I called, I was told by an agent that a case officer has put a comment for "eligibility not met" and deducted certain points from my application because of not providing sufficient PR residence proof on 30-Jan-19.
I am claiming sibling PR points as my sister is in Canada and to show her residence proof I uploaded her "Ontario Card" but the agent told I needed to upload her utility/credit card bills. I instantly uploaded the proofs through CSE web form on 28-May.
Since there was no ADR on the case, there is no way of tracking the status of my uploaded documents neither I received any confirmation from the IRCC about the new documents.
I have ordered my gcmsnotes on 8-May still waiting for them.

Any idea how should I proceed forward as they have put "eligibility not met" but on the application status is still shows eligibility under review.

Thanks for any guidance

Yesterday when i spoke with the agent she told me all the assessments are done and awaiting for the final decision followed with the email like this
Name: *** All assessments done, awaiting final decision...

This means the file is approved and should wait for the PPR mail right?

Did you add a letter of explanation along with the updated utility bill? I ended up giving a utility bill, internet bill and their mortgage papers as proof. Wait for a week and send a follow up. A friend recently asked them how long it takes for them to review a document uploaded and they said 5-10 days.

Hopefully the document submitted would be picked up soon and added to your file making your eligibility passed.

Just a matter of someone picking up your file for final approval to send the PPR email.
Hang in there. Hopefully it’ll come soon :)
