@SithLord I agree bro, as I already spent 7 months 7 days and what I have came to know so far is that IRCC is checking the eligibility. Same thing with multiple people who post here or may be struggling to get an update and by mistake land here in this Vlog where we motivate each other.
This is totally insane. Thank god I didn't quit my job. I am not sure what is going to happen but due to this step I am not able to take many decision as I am still hopeful that something positive is going to come. Ultimately, the spark is dying.
I have noticed that when we all OCT 2018 guys were under the 6 month time frame, we used to read alot of PPR entries by the people. Now, the situation is getting worse week by week. We only hear 1-2 people posting about PPR in 2 weeks.

Sadly, I've been hearing from a few people that agents told them, the case officers are on summer vacation hence there is more delay.

I wouldn't really read much into it. At the worst, a summer vacation might add 2 weeks delay. We have no way of knowing what the reason for the delay ever is... for all we know, the officer on our file already took an 11-week vacation and that's why we're still waiting...Yes, the situation is getting worse every week.

So the review is for eligiblity, Nothing to worry. You can wait and try calling and asking for an update after some time. And no harm requesting for notes as it will give you accurate peace of info
This waiting has to end at some point. Sadly thing is we do not know when

Most refusals happen in the first 2-3 months, so I would say probably not. I think it's roughly the same chance until you pass the eligibility regardless of how long that takes, then the chance of refusal goes way down.
I raised CSE and got reply back that my file is now moved to etobicoke local visa office and they will contact for furthur steps within 6 weeks.
The statistics on this is actually quite interesting. Take it with a grain of salt, but my analysis suggests that if you survive the first 2 months after AOR without refusal, then your chance of refusal is halved, then if you survive until 4 months after AOR, then it halves again, then after 6 months the chance is the same as at 4 months, then after 8 months the chance of refusal slowly goes up again. But even after 10 months, the chance still is not quite as high as it was on the day of your AOR.

The refusals are a very small sample, halving 0.2% to 0.1% probably isn't significant anyway. I didn't look at the numbers though.
You were right. I got the answer form my MP, he forwarded the email from IRCC :
We are pleased to provide you with the following details about the status of your constituent’s application for permanent residence under Canadian Experience Class :
• The application was approved on April 11, 2019 and the current processing times for landing appointments at the Vancouver IRCC is 3 months.
At least now I have something in writing to show to my employer, and now I can sit and patiently wait
