My study permit just got rejected and I'm having a hard time understanding what could have happened here. And since I have no sponsor to order GCMS notes, I need some help figuring out what is happening here. I did provide a SOP stating my pourpuse, my will and how things will improve for me here if I study in there.

I'm from Brazil.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
What does travel history can affect here? I have never travelled abroad, so how could this weight in?

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
My pourpuse is to study, I have stated nothing besides that and I don't understand this. I have provided the letter of acceptance for Humber College.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
This makes no sense to me. One of the reasons I stated on my SOP that I want to study in Canada is to increase my prospects here, since education abroad is a big thing around here. It's not a very popular field, yes, but still makes it weird (TV production).

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
I'm employed right now. It's not the best pay but still...

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
I have shown that my tuition is paid for, I have shown my bank statements in the last 3 months showing my savings of 10k+ CAD (not in CAD currency, but still liquid and ready to exchange in CAD) and provided document that my family is able and willing to help me out financially if anything.

If anyone can shed a light or help me understand the possibilities here, that would be great.

Thanks

A lack of travel history makes your application weaker, because you have no proof of getting visas from other stringent countries and obeying the rules.
My pourpuse is to study, I have stated nothing besides that and I don't understand this. I have provided the letter of acceptance for Humber College.
This is a general refusal reason - it basically means your profile was so weak that the visa officer didn't believe you were a genuine student.

Did you look into the TV production industry in Brazil? Did you explain how there will be many jobs in the future as the market expands? Anything like that?

If you applied for study in a field that has very low employment at home, without solid discussion of how you will or can get a job in the future in your SOP, then you may be refused under this ground. Sure, foreign education makes everyone a little more employable - but will it actually impact your changes?

In the TV production field? Do you make enough money to make you go home to continue making it?

You need to show finances to cover tuition, living expenses, and have some money left over. That number will be much higher than $10k.

What else should I have provided besides the Letter of Acceptance to prove this? Besides the SOP, of course.

That was mostly the point I have made in my SOP.

No, but tangencial. Not TV production but I work as a photographer / cinematographer for TV and I stated strongly on my SOP that TV production was my next step for growth in this field.

Yes, I understand. And my account reflects that. I showed the receipts of the tuition paid (1 year certificate, 1 year paid for) and my bank account statement with the money. It was not that much higher (circa 12k) but the requirement as stated as 10k.
