Hi really need help

This might sound crazy but it is what it is. I came to Canada in 2013. For the course Bachelors in business administration. I studied 3 semesters till 2014. In the 3 semesters I got grades like 0 0 25 19.

I got kicked out of the program. I faced and injury at the same time too I have medical documents for them. But then I didn’t attend school for 2 years. I was trying to earn for my studies. In2017 I had to apply for the study permit extension and I got it for 2 more years. But I still couldn’t attend school due to injuries and loss of shoulder movement. I got better and finally started school 2019 Jan. I attended a semester then I had to apply for study permit extension.
I just got rejected. They said the transcripts they asked for weren’t received. I gave them all I had that is 3(including the 2019 one). And I checked the uploaded documents it was uploaded.
Is there any thing I could do for my study permit to be accepted? I couldn’t study for 4 straight years

What was your status between 2015-2019 if you were in Canada?
I first got a study permit from 2013-2017. I got the first extension from 2017-2019. Then I applied in April 2019 again It got rejected. I have 80 days for restoration

If you weren't in school you were out of status and you worked illegally. No wonder your applications are being denied.

You were very lucky and got an extension after failing school and then working illegally for a few years. You didn’t return to school after you got the extension. Reduced shoulder movement and some other injuries is not a reason not to attend school for 2 years. I assume you were still working illegally. You shouldn’t be surprised that you didn’t get another extension and you are likely not going to be able to get one.

I just wasn’t able to attend school I was only working on cash through out never worked illegally on SIN. Could I apply for work permit at all by getting LIMA or something after I have restored as a visitor? I still have 80 days to restore or should I apply for student permit restoration after speaking to a good lawyer ?

If you want to remain in Canada, I think your only realistic option is to restore your study permit so that you can continue your studies as a full time student. Note that you cannot study or attend classes until the restoration has been approved and you have a valid study permit again. Make sure you include all of your transcripts and also doctors letters indicating why you had to take time off. The fact you couldn't study for 4 straight years is likely going to make it very challenging to get restoration approved. If restoration is refused, you will need to leave Canada.

Getting an LMIA is not at all a realistic plan. Generally speaking, it's next to impossible to find employers who are willing to go through the process. Also, it typically takes 4-6 months for an employer to obtain an approved LMIA.

FYI - Working on cash is working illegally.

Thanks a lot for the reply.
Is applying to the states(USA) an option right now and continuing education there?
If this gets rejected

You can apply of course, but it will be practically impossible to get a visa to any other major developed country since you've spent years overstaying in Canada.
