They sent email first then got it by mail

You guys are 2019 applicants be patient, try and find a job if haven't found one, volunteer if you can't find a job, obsessing constantly is not helping you. There are likely 20000+ applicants from expedited countries.

Some people mentioned 1-2 months, but I think it’s dealt with case by case basis and there’s no fixed timeline.

No fixed timeline. Could be weeks but could be 6+ months. Every case is different.
