I'm not sure if article experience can be claimed. Ideally, work experience obtained after the highest qualification is only considered towards the NOC.

My consultant has already approved and it is matching all the criteria as per ircc so we will get points for it and even my spouse has reference letter from where she is use to be article.

Yes you can claim points for articleship. It will be qualified under NOC 1111

And if it was counted, please tell me about the points that need to be taken care of, like the job title to be used or any other points.

At the time of profile creation, what did you put in the question while adding primary occupation "date of minimum qualification acquired to pursue this primary occupation"?
