Hello,

I missed the deadline of my permanent residence biometric letter with the due date on May 3, 2019. So, I completed a web form in IRCC regarding my case and I just received an email from paris-immigration@international.gc.ca with the following content :

IMPORTANT: WE ONLY REPLY TO "URGENT" REQUESTS WHEN THE EMERGENCY IS CLEARLY IDENTIFIED. IF YOU SUBMIT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THE FILE WILL BE UPDATED BUT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RECEPTION.

I don't know what to do for the next step? And do I need to reply to this email?

Call Hotline 1-888-242-2100
Press 1 (for information on the processing of application...)
Press 1 (information on the status of application)
Press 2 (applied to become a permanent resident)
Press 2 (application number starts with e)
Enter application number
Enter year of birth
Press 1 (verify status of application)
Press 0 (speak to an agent)
Press 1 (callback option)
Key in your contact number

*I chose callback option since no agents were available at the time I called.
After 30 minutes an agent called me back.
Per the agent, I didn't have to do another biometric since they already have my biometrics when I appliedfor my visa last March 2019.

Thanks for reply. I am not in canada. I live in USA and the above number doesn't work.
I contacted them through the web forum and also one email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
But not sure, if they will respond. My application is not rejected or anything, but I am over due on my biometrics. I have an appointment scheduled, but will do walk ins from next day. But not sure if they will give me an extension.

I have contacted them via a web form over 10 days ago but no response yet. After how many days did you receive the extention email?
