Hello i'm raj from india.

12th - 73%(2018)
IELTS (March 2019)
L-7 R-6.5 W-6.5 S-6.5
Overall - 6.5
Applied for 2-year Diploma course (Spp college)
Paid 1-year tuition fees and GIC.
I'm about to apply for biometrics and Writing SOP

I was in b.tech computer science college but I dropped out of it and during that period I just learnt coding and in December I started to prepare for the IELTS and got LOA.
before applying for the Visa anyone can help me how to prove a study gap of a year ?
How can I convince Visa officer that ill leave after studies ?
Is it possible to get a rejection?

You must be having a certificate when you completed your coding course. Show that.
To convince the VO that you will leave after your studies, show strong ties to your home country. your fixed assets, job/family business, closeness to your family and relatives and home country, etc

I don't have a Certificate for my coding course but its site where I have an account and my credentials are there instead of that Can I mention IELTS preparation and college selection? Can Study gap lead to a rejection ?

If you can justify your gap, then it won't be a problem. Mention in your essay which online course you completed. Also, if possible attach whatever you have regarding the course. Be it marksheet or anything which won't prove you wrong. Also, I heard a gap of 8 months is accepted. Though, I am not sure about this.

Thank you very much for your reply! I did some coding practice in Online site called hackerrank where I rank around 32000 Can I put a screenshot of that? And Other concern i have is that I have no other travel history overseas. is that going to cause a problem?

Yeah. Its better to provide with a screenshot than just leaving the gap blank.
Why would travel history be a concern? Many people travel abroad for the first time for higher studies.

Thank you very much for your reply! I'd definitely attach a screenshot of my coding account and how long it takes to get a visa if we apply offline?

Offline takes more time than online. I have seen people getting visa within 3 days after all the biometrics and medicals have been done if done via online

Write that you have been very attached to them since your childhood and took part in almost all the festivals and ceremonies, etc. You won't be able to stay in a far off land without them for a long time.

Do i need to show that i own any lands or property or i have a job offer ? (Because it doesn't make any sense that any parent would name their property on 18-year old child and a job doesn't give offer before you complete your studying i believe and as far as i was concerned about travel history also i don't think i consider my age to travel alone anywhere oversea or even if i do no parents let child go at this age ) so Question is their any documentation needed to show strong ties with your family or residence? and is gap a major factor for the rejection of a visa?

Yes. All the properties which belong to your parents will belong to you. Mention them. A job offer would be a plus. You are not alone. There are many students who just turned 18 and travel abroad for further studies. You will see.
I have seen people with 2 years gap getting visa. It depends on your luck.
