Question regarding IMM5707

For online application do we have to sign and upload IMM 5707 form by hand
Or we have to upload without sign specifically for IMM 5707
Please help anyone

Hi,

You do not need to take the print out & sign.
Just fill the rest of the form and leave the sign part.
It would be good to go ahead.

Do you mean down load the form then it fill out and then upload without signatures, i suppose? pls update

Normally you download the form. Electronically fill up the form using Adobe or any editor. Leave the signature blank. Upload the form to the respective category it belongs to. Once you decide to submit the final application, a pop window will ask for your digital signature. You just type your name and that's it.
