Correspondence Letter Received Without Medical Request Since May 6, No update from CIC yet

I re-submitted my Third Application on April 13, 2019, I received a Correspondence Letter on May 06 Without Medical Request, ever since I received my correspondence letter, I have not receive any message from CIC.....is this Normal ? Or what could be wrong?

Note: i'm aware majority of people that received Correspondence Letter without Medical leads to Refusal

Applied from Ghana.. I actually got my visa I’m asking for a friend.my medicals request came before my biometric letter so he’s worried.

I applied from Nigeria, I will wait till Friday before I will start sending them messages to update my CIC account, I want to know my faith so that I can reapply immediately

Same here, I applied from Nigeria. I got my medical request then biometric letter. How long does it take before you get an update ?

A day or two after receiving the biometric letter

I got a biometric reply too but I wasn't asked to do a medical

I also got a correspondence letter without receiving a request for medical. I did my biometrics on jan 16th and it was updated on my account the same day. I feel like it’s going to be a refusal
