We are in same boat. PA is from the UK, sponsor is also living in the UK... applied under common law. In your case, is the sponsor also in the UK? We have had no file transfer... just silence.Over 12 weeks and still no movement on our file. No updates on GCKey or Ecasstill awaiting file transfer.
Thinking of requesting GCMS notes as when phoning CIC they don’t tell you any info that you need.

Got PPR on May 20.Submitted passport to CPC Ottawa ( with additional self addressed envelope as they asked ----usual process) but they are asking for new photos.No problem , we can provide new photos.
Q1.Do I need to purchase new self addressed envelope again and send it with photos OR just photos in an usual envelope ?
This is what they say :
If you have a mailing address in Canada
· If you have not already provided a return envelope: you must purchase two prepaid Xpresspost envelopes, one self-addressed and one addressed to our office.
· Keep a tracking number sticker from each envelope.
· Send your package by Canada Post to the following address:

Luckily got my passport request. And submitted the next day. I got the email that passport has reached delhi.also my file was processed at cpc mississauga. Do somebody have any idea or from ur experience that how much delhi embassy gonna take to stamp it and send back.
No transfer yet. Idts I have heard of any file transfer of Pakistani applicants.
This is insane. March applicants are getting PPRs, while we don't have file transfers yet. What a joke !
Can we all please email minister of immigration about this discriminating treatment?
