Parent sponsorship 2019 missing documents

I got invitation to apply for my Parents, but I have following queries

1. My mother's passport is expired, and getting new one may take a month. Can I apply using my mothers expired passport details?

2. Proof of relationship with Parent : I dont have my birth certificate, I have some marksheet/degree which specify my father name. will that work?

3. My Father and Mother dont have marriage certificate, their passport have spouse name mentioned. will that work?

1. Yes use the expired passport.
2. Yes marksheet works.
3. Yes that will work too.

Thanks for quick reply. one more query, its little weird.
My father's last name and my last name doesn't match.
He start using new last name before my birth but didn't changed in any of his document officially, but start putting new last name in my official documents.
so now, my all documents show different last name than his.

any suggestions for that.

Just put his new last name on some documents and old last last name on some documents and then write an addendum to explain he has two different last names.
