getting a wheel chair is a option but cant trust them, my mother came here in 2017 when she got wheel chair assistant, she came back again in 2018 where she was not provided wheel chair assistant even after opting for it.

So people would rather trust a complete stranger? Sounds like something you should have brought up to the airline if you requested for a service and didn't get it.

What you think I didn't ask them about it , but the reply I got was useless.
Also my mother's was able to manage it so I didn't bother much.
