Super visa medical request

Hi

I applied for a super visa and i did recieve the medical exam request on april 22nd 2019 and did the medical examination on april 24 2019 and today i linked my paper application to online so i can see the updates i found this

Review of medical results We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Checkyour medical exam request message for details
And its has been more than 30 days

Can anyone help me with that please @Bryanna cant stop thinking

Contact your panel physician and ask them to resend the medical.

I already did they did it was sent

Would ask them to resend and send a CSE indicating the 2 dates when it was sent.

I called the doctor they did a mistake on my file they did it as upfront . So now i dont know what to do

They should send it now. The other thing to possibly do is to get the upfront receipt and send it to ircc yourself with an explanation letter through webform but you are running out of time.

I already did send a Cse and an email with the upfront one and explain it .. now my only concern they are 30 working days or just 30 days
