Called them today and the customer rep just told me what I already knew- that my application has been finalized. I also asked them when should I expect to receive the next steps email and she replied she doesn't know since it is up to the VO also she mentioned the response to my enquiry on May 8th which of course I acted as if I had amnesia

I was informed on May 8th that my application was approved and I decided to call this morning to see when they will send me PPR or landing interview. Got the email at 12:52pm ET.

Since 2 months I am getting same response.
Your application was assigned to an officer and clearances are pending before a final decision can be made. No action is required on your part at this time. An officer will contact you only if further information is required.

Nov, Dec people are still waiting in this location, I am from Feb, I have to wait 2-3 more months that means it will cross 6 months time frame
