Hi, my study permit was refused yesterday based on this basis

Dear PRINCESS JOSEPH,
Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your temporary resident
visa application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not
meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration
and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following
grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.
Sincerely,
High Commission of Canada

Hmm I will be applying again but my mum said I will go for a visit first ND then another university in another province
Hey,I think trying the visit is not a good option cos from your refusal letter they don’t even think you would return after your study so I advise you get a better bank statement 6months(with about $20000-$30000)and also state a good reason why you would return to your home country and apply again yh and you can defer your course if it’s not too late or you can visit another country for a good travel history and apply to Canada again.

What is your travel history. this reason does not mean you have not traveled to Canada, it means you have not traveled to a country that requires a visa, like Europe, uk or Schengen.
Is the course you are applying for in line with your level of education? Does it provide a progression in your career or chosen career?
How much have you got financially and what was the proof you gave for it? You need the money for the course and 10k living expenses for the first year minimum.
Did you write an SOP?
Did you provide good to your home country?
What documents did you provide?

Given your language ability in specific band and considering your proposed course of studies, your travel history ,ties to home country I am not satisfied you would be a bonafide student and temporary resident. What does this mean?

I would imagine it means your IELTS scores are not good enough for the course you want to do. Have to traveled to countries you need visa's for like Europe, UK Schengen? What ties did you give for ties to your home country.

We cannot guess if you don't tell us where you come from and where you are living as a bare minimum.

You also didn't demonstrate that to have reasons to return home after completing the course. Importantly, the visa officer felt your English wasn't as good as needed for your program.
