Looking at how things are going, I'm not sure how soon I will be in Canada for you to find me

Thanks to this thread at least we have each other
You never know, tomorrow might be your day and you go to Canada before me and wait for my treat.. LOL
Ya yours and mine are one and the same then. Knew tat u had rep form too . Didn't know yours also still shows they are reviewing the docs submitted. In fact, even I didn't realize tat in my own profileHello,
We got the same ADR. We have a rep so we submitted it again due to ADR. It was in Jan 1st week along with MEP.
We still have the status " We are reviewing the additional documents you provided ". Did not change to NA.
Technically NA means the doc has been reviewed and accepted, and if no change it has not been touched yet.
The agent we spoke to yesterday said nothing has started for us.
However I saw a few cases where there was no update and directly PPR mail arrived.
I am expecting it to be the same for us.
28th Nov AOR.
The very first update I got after MEP was on Apr 19 for RPRF then 2 ADRs and after that complete silence. Think my BG check must have started at some point around May 1st week. That's when I found out my eligibility is recommended pass.Hey Sith
Ur BGC started after sending Wes or employment docs?
Worried as tineliti over now bro.
But let's pray that some miracle happens soon
So Ip2 was on 19 April with RPRF.The very first update I got after MEP was on Apr 19 for RPRF then 2 ADRs and after that complete silence. Think my BG check must have started at some point around May 1st week. That's when I found out my eligibility is recommended pass.
Next week I'm completing 7 months. We truly need a miracle at this point
They are understaffed. But there is little they can do about it - staffing is not in their hands, nor is the amount of ITAs they issue. Even large parts of the process, such as security and background checks are not in their hand. We don't help matters either with the volume of calls and note ordering and CSEs we send as well, all of which takes away resources from their limited budget that could be spent on hiring more immigration officers. The Canadian EE system is fair as they invite only the deserving candidates. However, the processing system is very poor and unorganised.
They're grossly understaffed and are probably taking in more applications than they can process and hence the backlogs.
After a point, they will just have to make a decision. It doesn't have to be positive but people just want to know whether they have been accepted or refused so they can move on to the next phase of their lives and plan for the future.
Everyone have invested their valuable time and made sacrifices to get to this position. So atleast they can give some update as to where they currently stand rather them making them wait in a never ending queue while they approve newer applicants. This is the most frustrating part of this system.
I don't think anybody minds here about the waiting because Canadian PR is a privilege so we can wait even if it takes a year but that doesn't mean they leave us in the dark for months without updates.
It really makes you wonder if your application is really complex or they're just lacking the resources and competency to handle your case.
Congratulations buddy. I understand the wait though from approved to PPR email can be frustrating as hell. How hard is it to send a simple email? . I'm in a similar situation most probably, got ghost on 20th May which means my application was most likely approved and waiting on PPR.Hi Everyone,
I am a silent reader ......... don't worry, not here to share my PPR news yet Got lots of information in this forum, so thought of giving a unique info I received day before yesterday, after calling IRCC for the first time. My timeline is as follows -
AOR: 9th Nov
MEP: 10th Dec
IP2 : 2nd May
RPRF Request : Same day, 2nd May, later in the night. Payment done on the same day.
Ghost Update 3rd May: Review Document became Not Applicable, so not sure if I can call it a real ghost
No update since then. Raised a CSE on 10th May and got the below reply on 16th May -
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Kept waiting for PPR for 1 more week, then finally called IRCC on 22nd. The agent congratulate me saying my file has been approved. However I may have to wait till June 1st / 2nd week since some entries were not made in the system and there are some backlog. Also I got to know my VO is Ottawa. However I saw many people getting PPR from Ottawa where the files were updated after my decision was made. Still they managed to get PPR while we are hanging in the middle.
Just wanted to inform you guys, it may take upto a month to get the PPR even after your application is approved.
Yes IP2 status happened on same dat I got RPRF request. So Ip2 was on 19 April with RPRF.
Means they demanded adr during IP2.
Sorry to bug but just wanted to correlate some thing as this is what's left now .lol
